iDISCOVER: Lead, Grow, Connect (’27)

iDISCOVER: Lead, Grow, Connect is iTIP’s immersive professional development experience designed to advance tourism through connection and discovery. Guided by iTIP’s DREAM framework, iDISCOVER combines hands-on learning, peer-to-peer collaboration, industry resources, and interactive experiences that help tourism professionals strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and bring new ideas back to their organizations and communities.

Unlike a traditional conference, iDISCOVER emphasizes active participation through workshops, facilitated discussions, local expertise, and community exploration. Each year, the program travels to a different Iowa destination, creating opportunities for attendees to learn from one another while discovering the people, places, and ideas shaping Iowa’s tourism industry.

  • Day 0: Sunday
    • No organized events will be hosted on Sunday. Attendees are welcome to come in early, and can coordinate a group dinner if desired.

Registration:

The registration cost includes participation in all speaker sessions, meals (breakfast (x1), lunch (x2), dinner (x1), snacks), activities, and attendee gifts.

  • $225 for iTIP Members
  • $275 for non-members

 

Hotel Block:

  • A room block will be established
