Rachel Crick: Associate Editor & Project Manager, The Group Travel Leader / Small Market Meetings Magazine (Pioneer Publishing)

Rachel Crick is an associate editor and project manager for The Group Travel Leader, Small Market Meetings, Select Traveler and Going On Faith, where she writes extensively across all four brands. Her work includes a monthly column, Bridging the Gap, which explores the perspectives and priorities of the next generation of meeting and event planners, as well as the Essentials series, offering practical tips and guidance for group travel planners. In addition to her editorial work, she manages custom publishing projects for the brands. She is based in Lexington, Kentucky, where she lives with her two cats and spends her free time reading, gardening and tending to a growing collection of houseplants.

 

Ashley DeLucia: Advertising Sales Manager, The Group Travel Leader (Pioneer Publishing)

Ashley DeLucia is the advertising sales manager for The Group Travel Leader and Pioneer Publishing, working alongside Telisa Rech to sell advertising and marketing programs to destinations and companies in the group travel and meetings markets. Based in the companies’ home office in Lexington, Kentucky, she represents four brands—The Group Travel Leader, Small Market Meetings, Select Traveler and Going On Faith—and sells sponsorships for the industry’s premier podcast, Gather and Go with Brian Jewell. She brings years of sales experience from the education field, having worked extensively with school districts across Kentucky, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas, and offers a global perspective shaped by international travel as a student and a year teaching in Hanoi, Vietnam, along with time spent living in Charleston, South Carolina. She lives in Lexington with her husband, Steven, and their three children, Elayna, Deacon and Piper.
